Jimmy Hunter's drumming career includes recording and touring with the legendary Ray Manzarek of the Doors, Don Was, Nick Gilder, Flo & Eddie (The Turtles), Cher, The Village People, Steppenwolf and many more.
Jimmy has written and sung on numerous TV and radio commercial jingles. Additionally, his songs have been recorded by Cher, Ray Manzarek's Nite City, The Village People and other globally recognized artists.
In 2009, Jonathan Widran interviewed Hunter in a Music Connection "Close Up" interview where Jimmy discusses how his CAZADOR clients utilize his skills in vocal production as well as the trends he sees in the music business affect his own.

In 2002, Music Connection industry magazine featured Jimmy in their "Producer Crosstalk" interview column entitled "Veteran Drummer / Producer of Up-and-Comers" by Jonathan Widran. In this article, Widran discusses Hunter's approaches to music production and Jimmy reveals just how he brings the best out of his artists as a producer at CAZADOR Recording of Hollywood.

FOX SPORTS TV 2007 features a new theme song this year called
"GET BUSY!"
by the group Judge Jackson for College Football game day Saturdays. This nationally televised theme was recorded and produced by Jimmy Hunter at CAZADOR Recording and is heard by millions of football fans every week.
